Exergen Methuen

This was DCM’s first construction project. Coming off an initial phase of construction that Tom Dube completed with a former employer, this Phase 2 included a large VFD driven ventilation fan and associated ductwork in the manufacturing area, creation of a new kitchen area with millwork, lighting upgrades, door / access improvement for employee and material flow, and a few architectural upgrades and repairs.
